The parking spaces were excellent, and having a security guard gave us peace of mind. The pool was enjoyable, with just the right water temperature. The friendly staff made our experience even better. We loved the convenient location, just a short walk to the beach. There were also several restaurants nearby, and a large supermarket within walking distance. The hotel's layout, with individual chalet-style rooms, added to its charm. we were very impressed and would highly recommend Costa Azul.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Acapulco called Costa Azul and I had a fantastic experience! The hotel had nice comfy beds and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, just an 8-minute walk from the beach, and it was easy to explore different beaches by taking a bus. The hotel also had a nice pool and a new cocktail bar by the pool, which was a great addition. The rooms were cleaned daily and the facilities were beautiful, just like the online photos. it was the best hotel I have ever stayed at and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Clean, fantastic value hotel, its location was great and not far from the water park and beach as well as the centre of the complex. We stayed in clean room with comfy bed and bathroom that also had wake-up service.

The hotel has nice comfy beds, a great pool, and friendly staff. It has a good location, just 8 minutes away from the beach. It's convenient to take a bus and explore different beaches in Punta Diamante and Condesa Playa.

Hotel as a whole is quiet and incredibly beautiful, I enjoyed it.
They have Wheelchair Accessible rooms with bathroom and comfy bed, as for instance and care about everyone. The employees are excellent and helpful. The poolside bar makes the soft drinks.
